Online coaching · Liverpool & UK-wide

You don't have a training problem.
You have a dinner problem.

You already know roughly what to do in the gym. It's Wednesday night that beats you — tired, half-empty fridge, and a plan that says grilled chicken again. I'm a Level 3 PT who cooked professionally for years. I fix the food part.

Do the work and nothing moves? Full refund. Terms written out in plain English below.

Erik Balogh, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Liverpool

Most coaches send you a meal plan.
I've cooked for a living.

Plans almost never fail in the gym. They fail in the kitchen, on the fourth night of the same reheated chicken, when ordering something is simply easier than cooking it. That's a solvable problem — it just needs someone who's actually cooked under pressure.

Food you'd eat anyway

Recipes built from real cooking, not spreadsheet macros. Every one under twenty minutes, with the grams already worked out for you.

The shopping done for you

A weekly list you print, walk round the shop with, and finish. No standing in an aisle doing maths on your phone.

A plan that survives real life

Swaps for the takeaway nights, the weddings, the twelve-hour shifts. Missing one day shouldn't end the whole week.

How it works

Three steps. No app to learn, no forty-page PDF you'll never open.

Book a consultation

Fifteen minutes, no pressure. Your goals, your schedule, any injuries — and whether this is genuinely right for you.

Get your plan

Training, food, shopping lists — built for the equipment and the days you actually have. Within 48 hours of the call.

Start, with me checking in

Daily contact for the first two weeks. Form checks, questions, and the "I'm at a wedding, what do I eat" texts.

The starting point

The 14-Day Kickstart

Two weeks to prove the method works on you specifically. Not a taster and not a free trial — the full thing, run properly, for fourteen days.

  • A 45-minute video consultation — goals, schedule, injuries, and what you actually like eating
  • Your personalised training plan — built around the days and equipment you really have
  • A 14-day meal plan designed by a chef — every recipe under twenty minutes, grams already calculated
  • Two done-for-you shopping lists — print it, walk round, done
  • Daily check-in over WhatsApp — form checks, questions, course corrections
  • A swap sheet — what to do when the plan meets real life
For context: one-to-one personal training sessions in the UK typically run somewhere between £30 and £60 each, and a one-off nutrition plan is usually charged on top of that. The Kickstart is roughly the cost of a few sessions — but it covers two full weeks of training, food and daily contact.
£149 — and it comes off your first month if you continue

The deal, in plain English

Log your daily check-in on at least 12 of the 14 days and follow the plan as written. If your weight, waist measurement and energy haven't moved by day 14, I refund you in full — no forms, no argument. The risk sits with me. All I ask is that you actually do it.

Erik Balogh

Level 3 Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

I trained as a chef first and a coach second, which turned out to be the right order.

After years of long kitchen shifts I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach — partly because I'd spent a long time getting my own training and eating wrong, and wanted to understand why.

Now I coach online from Liverpool. The whole method comes down to one thing: a plan you can't stick to isn't a plan. So I build them around your week, your budget and your kitchen — not around what looks impressive on paper.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need a gym?

No. Tell me what you've got — a full gym, a couple of dumbbells, or nothing but a floor — and the plan gets built for that.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

That's most of who I work with. You get video demonstrations for every movement and a daily check-in to ask anything, including the questions you think are stupid. They usually aren't.

I've got no time to cook.

Every recipe in the plan is under twenty minutes and the shopping list is done for you. If you can boil pasta, you can do this. That's rather the point of hiring someone who cooked professionally.

What happens after the 14 days?

If it's working, you continue on a monthly plan and the £149 comes off your first month. If it isn't, you don't — and if you did the work and nothing moved, you get your money back.

Do you work with people outside the UK?

Yes. Everything is online, so location doesn't matter. I coach in English and Hungarian.

How is this different from a fitness app?

An app gives you a template and a streak counter. I look at what you actually ate this week, what went wrong on Wednesday, and change the plan — then ask you about it the next day.

Why should I trust a coach I've never met?

Fair question. Two answers: the qualifications are real and checkable — Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Nutrition Coach — and the guarantee means you don't have to take my word for any of it. Do the fourteen days properly, and if nothing changes, you pay nothing.
